    The Last Straw Cottage is a fully self contained accommodation. Sleeps 6 adults plus an additional 2 children and/or infants. Large luxuriously appointed  bathroom. The fully complimented kitchen contains an oven, hob, fridge and microwave. Many store room basics are provided such as oil, vinegar, herbs and spices. Separate laundry room.

    Nestled in Mt Heslington Valley between Wakefield and Brightwater on a 16 acre farm, with cattle and sheep grazing in surrounding paddocks. This beautiful Country Cottage enjoys a very peaceful rural setting away from major roads and with an amazing night sky making it a perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. 
    A perfect location to explore all that Nelson/Taman has to offer.

    We are a 5 minute ride from the Great Taste CycleTrail. We are close to the small townships of both Wakefield and Brightwater but still only a short drive to the busy hubs of Richmond and Nelson. The Able Tasman National Park is a 40 minute scenic drive from the front door!
